Carlo’s Bake Shop Buddy’s Blend

Carlo’s Bake Shop Buddy’s Blend (“Cake Boss”) coffee is a medium roast coffee. The aroma from this brew is striking and rich, it has a very deep traditional coffee smell. This is a cup of coffee that has lots of flavor with citrus tones, a hint of smoke and a lingering finish. Even though it is called a medium roast, I would call it full and heading to the dark side (in a good way).
