We are a family run company. Jerry Lyles started Master’s Coffee and Water Service with his college sweetheart 29 years ago. They raised their kids in the high desert and the family worked together, spending many late nights in the warehouse or around the dinner table folding invoices.
Today we serve hundreds of home and business customers. We feel like our customers are part of our family. We are not part of a huge Swiss corporation or a Wall Street leveraged buyout group. When you call you are a person, not a number. You don’t talk to a call center in Houston……or India. We’ve grown one customer at a time. We believe in paying for things as we go, not borrowing a lot of money, and trying to build our business the right way. Local. Our employees aren’t bloggers or Twitters’. They are Little League coaches, Soccer Moms, folks who go to Church on Sundays with their kids. Maybe you can relate. I’d like to think dealing with people straight up, doing what you say, and talking to people directly isn’t so much old fashioned as it is good business.
